York Road Primary School will be hosting FRIDAY themed Casual Days, with dress up at a cost of R10 per learner.
Please note:
- Themed Casual Days will only occur on the specified days listed below, with no disruption to the academic program.
- Good discipline must be encouraged.
- Learners, not participating, must attend school in uniform.
- The Friday dismissal time is not affected.

As a book week initiative for the term, learners will be able to dress up as a book character on Friday, 26 April.
On Friday 10th of May each grade will have the chance to dress up as anything starting with the Letter assigned to their grade:
- Grade R M
- Grade 1 R
- Grade 2 P
- Grade 3 S
- Grade 4 T
- Grade 5 B
- Grade 6 C
- Grade 7 A
