PARENT / EDUCATOR MEETINGS GRADES R – 7
The school has scheduled ‘One-on-One’ parent visits / interviews’ for 15 to 18 April 2024.
Please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Parents are requested to complete the return slip which will allow every parent to have an appointment with the relevant class educator for a one-on-one meeting.
- These meetings will take place over four days from 15/04/2024 to 18/04/2024.
- The meetings will be scheduled at 15minute slots: Grade R – 3 from 13h00 to 17h30 and Grade 4 – 7 from 13h30 to 17h30
- Parents are therefore requested to try and slot themselves into the timeslots available (see attached table).
- It is imperative that parents make use of the opportunity to discuss their child’s progress in greater detail, and by doing so, gain direction /assistance in helping their child.
- Please ensure that you have secured a ’15 minute timeslot’.
SAFETY PROTOCOLS
- All parents are to enter via the Drop & Go Gate.
- Please note for safety reasons only one parent will be allowed to visit with an educator.
- NO CHILDREN WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE SCHOOL PREMISES DURING THE MEETING TIMES (13h00 -18h00).
