PARENT / EDUCATOR MEETINGS GRADES R -7

The school has scheduled ‘One-on-One’ parent visits / interviews’ for 17 to 20 May 2021.

Please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Parents are requested to complete the return slip which will allow every parent an appointment with the relevant class educator for a one-on-one meeting.
• These meetings will take place over four days from 17/05/2021 to 20/05/2021.
• The meetings will be scheduled at 15 minute slots:

Grade R – 3 from 13h15 to 17h30  and   Grade 4 – 7  from 13h45 to 17h30

• Parents are therefore requested to try and slot themselves into the timeslots available (see attached table).
• It is also imperative that parents make use of the opportunity to discuss their child’s progress in greater detail, and by doing so, gain direction /assistance in helping their child.
• Please ensure that you have secured a ’15 minute timeslot’.

DISMISSAL TIMES:

Please note the dismissal times for the week of the 17 – 20 May 2021.
