Circular 08/2021

The Department of Education has indicated in Gazette 44633 – 28 May 2021, that all learners are to return to school on a daily bases from the 26 July 2021. We will provide parents with further details regarding the return of all learners in our final circular for Term 2.

We will be starting Term 2’s Assessment Programme for Grade 1-7 on the 14 June 2021. It is essential that your son / daughter attend school regularly. Should your child be absent, a medical certificate must be provided on his/her return to school. It is important that parents ensure that adequate time is set aside to prepare for the Assessment Tasks and Tests. We also encourage parents to help their child/children study.

  • All Grade 1 – 3 learners continue to attend school according to the Red/Blue Calendar during the assessment period.

GRADE 4 – 7

  • Grade 4 – 7 learners will attend school according to the Assessment Roster from the 14 June 2021 to 02 July 2021. (Blue/Red Programme will be suspended for Grade 4 – 7 learners during this period)

    Hi Educators

Please can learners be dismissed at their designated times, at times learners are being dismissed 15-20 minutes later and this adds to the heavy traffic the school is experiencing.

  2. Good morning. My grandson in G7 still writing exams Tomorrow Tuesday and Thursday. Is the school closing Friday the 2 July 2021. Due to level 4 lock down
