We are delighted to invite your business to be part of York Road Primary School’s first-ever Car and Bike Show, taking place on Saturday, 18 October 2025, from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The event will be hosted on the Portia Primary School field and will be open to the general public.
This exciting community fundraiser aims to raise much-needed funds for the essential requirements to manage our school. A large portion of our learners come from underprivileged backgrounds, and the proceeds from this event will help to ease the burden of school fee payments and improve access to quality education.
We anticipate a strong community turnout, offering a fantastic opportunity for your food truck to gain exposure, serve new customers and support a meaningful cause.

- Vendor Fee: R1000 per food truck
- Deposit Required: R500 (to secure your placement)
- Deposit Due Date: On or before 10 October 2025
