Dear Parents

PARENT / EDUCATOR MEETINGS GRADES R -7

The first round of parent meetings ‘Meet the Educator Parent Meetings’ are scheduled for 31 January to 03 February 2022. Parent meetings are extremely important and ALL parents are encouraged to attend. It is therefore imperative that parents take this opportunity to meet their child’s educator and gain an understanding of the expectations for the new Grade.

Please adhere to the following guidelines:

• One Parent per child will be allowed to attend the meeting due to Covid Protocols.
• Parents are to attend the meetings according to their child’s Colour Group (Red/Blue)
• The meetings are clustered and will take place in your son/daughter’s classroom. (Make sure you know your child’s Grade, class and educator’s name)
• The meetings will start promptly at 18h30.
• Parents are required to sign a register of attendance.
• These meetings will take place according to the schedule listed below.
