At York Road Primary School we use the following applications:
- GMAIL
- The student’s email account must be setup on your device. You may setup this account on more than one device. The student’s e-Report and school emails are sent to the student’s email account. As a NEW student, the parent must register for a YRPS email address (ICT Indemnity Form).
- Google Classroom
- Google Classroom is an extension of the classroom. Teachers post homework, reminders, etc. for student access when not in the classroom and as additional materials to enhance learning (Google Classroom).
- RISE Communicator
- The Rise application allows the school to directly communicate with you. All notices, circulars and school messages are sent on this platform (Rise School Communicator).
- With the Rise app you can easily view your school fee account and fee payments. Link the student to your Rise application (Student Fee Account | RISE).
As the parent / guardian, it is your duty to follow the rules of the school and ensure that these applications are installed and setup on your device(s).
Keep the applications active and working by regularly checking your email & messages. Should your registered (i.e. your personal email on the ICT Form) email address change, you must update your email address here: ICT Indemnity Form
