Term 3 2025 Assessment Timetable Gr 4-7

During the months of August and September, the Grade 4 – 7 learners will be completing their continuous assessments which includes a test week. These Tasks and Tests form part of the learners’ assessment marks.  ALL LEARNERS MUST be well prepared and adhere to all due dates stipulated by the teacher/s.  This may require your assistance. Please ensure that your child’s study times, as well as the completion of assessments in the coming weeks, are monitored.

Note:

1. All learners were issued with a Term Three Assessment Timetable, to share with parents.
2. The Assessment Timetable may also be accessed on the grade’s Google Classroom platform.
3. The Test Week timetable is uploaded on the Rise Communicator and will also be uploaded to the grade’s Google Classroom platform.

All Grade 4 to 7 learners have to attend school daily in order to complete their Term 3 Assessments. Ensure that your son/daughter attends school every day, especially after the test week, as we continue with curriculum work until the last day of the term.

Dismissal time during this period will be according to the normal dismissal times.

• There will be no school on the 24^th September 2025 due to Heritage Day. Test Week continues on the 25^th September 2025.
• Dismissal Time for ALL GRADES, on the last day of Term Three (3 October 2025), will be at 11h00.
• REPORTS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED VIA YOUR CHILD’S EMAIL ADDRESS.
