PARENT / EDUCATOR MEETINGS GRADES R – 7
The school has scheduled ‘NRP’ parent visits / interviews’ with selected parents from 01 to 04 August 2022.
The appointment slots for these parent meetings have been communicated to and confirmed with specific parents.
We encourage these parents to please adhere to the following guidelines:
- These meetings will take place over four days from 01/08/2022 to 04/08/2022.
- The meetings will be scheduled at 15 minute slots:
Grade R from 13h30 to 17h00 and Grade 1 – 7 from 14h00 to 17h00
- It is imperative that the parents requested to attend these meetings make use of the opportunity to discuss their child’s progress in greater detail, and by doing so, gain direction /assistance in helping their child.
NB! COVID 19 PROTOCOLS
- Punctuality will help facilitate the process.
- All parents are to enter via the Drop & Go Gate
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.
- Please note for safety reasons only one parent will be allowed to visit with an educator.
- NO CHILDREN WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE SCHOOL PREMISES DURING THE MEETING TIMES.
- Please wear a mask and observe all Covid Protocols.
- Please inform the school of any cancellations (tel: 704 1705 or email the class educator)
