PARENT / EDUCATOR MEETINGS GRADES R – 7
The school has scheduled ‘One-on-One’ parent visits / interviews’ for 14 to 17 April 2024.
Please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Parents are requested to complete the return slip which will allow every parent to have an appointment with the relevant class educator for a one-on-one meeting.
- These meetings will take place over four days from 14/04/2025 to 17/04/2025.
- All meetings are conducted at school, with the respective teachers.
- The meetings will be scheduled at 15-minute slots:
Grade R – 3 from 13h00 to 17h30 and Grade 4 – 7 from 13h30 to 17h30
- Parents are therefore requested to select THREE possible preferences to ensure availability.
(see attached table).
- It is imperative that parents make use of the opportunity to discuss their child’s progress in greater detail and by doing so, gain guidance /assistance in helping their child.
- Please ensure that you have secured a ’15-minute timeslot’ timeously, to avoid disappointment.
- Confirmation letters will be issued in the first week of Term Two.
