Good day I need help I have emailed the person my daughter said I had to email about two weeks about that I had a problem where my phone need software update and I lots everything and I needed my daughter email from the school and code I spoke to the teacher also I even still spoke to her Friday to say I didn’t receive report too due to still waiting for the code name Azara David Grand 7 hope I can get help by this plz
